The SRC Health Over-the-Bump Pregnancy Leggings are maternity compression leggings were designed to support your legs, back, pelvis and pelvic floor throughout pregnancy. They offer gentle but sustained compression, abdominal support, and a comfortable over-the-bump fit to help ease common discomforts of pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, varicose veins (vulval and leg) and swelling.

How to Use
- Choose the correct size (measure hips at the widest point).
- Put on gently, rolling from ankle upward to avoid damage.
- Adjust the waistband so it sits comfortably over your bump.
- Wear during your day as needed — during walking, standing, routine activities.
- Continue your pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises alongside wearing the leggings.
- Wash on gentle cycle or hand wash; avoid high heat to preserve elasticity
